"La festa onoro di Demetra santa e di Persefone." (Archiloco)

The third track of 'Telamon'.
Second part of the 'Bibbirrìa Suite.' A composition with an ethnic flavor, featuring overlays of oriental melodies and Afro-Cuban patterns. Titled and dedicated to 'Bibbirrìa,' an ancient historic district in the city of Agrigento, always a cradle of Arab populations.

The lyrics of the piece describe the love towards Agrigento felt by a hypothetical couple of lovers who, after reaching the highest point of the city, are overwhelmed by the powerful beauty of the place, to the extent that they no longer want to leave.
